How does a picnic booking work?

Once you submit your contact form, we'll get in touch with you via email or insta DMs to further discuss your event needs or if we need more information about a custom theme enquiry to bring your vision to life!

On the day, we deliver, set up, and style your picnic, ready for your arrival. We’ll greet you when you arrive, then leave you to enjoy your time. At the end of your reserved session, we return to pack everything up — you’re free to head off and enjoy the rest of your day.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes! We’re happy to style your picnic indoors, provided there’s enough space. We’ll also help position everything for the best photos.

How far in advance should i book? Is there a deposit to secure my date?

We recommend booking at least 7–10 days in advance (even 1-2 months ahead, especially for weekends in warmer months!).

For last-minute bookings, feel free to enquire — we may have availability due to cancellations.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your picnic. A bond will also be collected before your event date.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to the following:

  • 10–14+ days before the event: 100% refund (50% for custom designs)

  • 5–9 days: 50% refund (25% for custom designs)

  • Less than 5 days: No refund

  • Any custom goods or florals already purchased may be fully charged

What if it rains?

If rain is forecasted for your picnic date, you may reschedule or move to an indoor location up to 48 hours before your picnic.

  • Rescheduled bookings must occur within 12 months and be of equal value

  • If no notice is given 48+ hours prior, no refunds will be issued

  • We do not set up outdoors in wet weather

Is alcohol allowed?

While we don’t provide alcohol, you’re welcome to bring your own. We can supply ice buckets if needed. Please ensure you're aware of venue rules — we’re not liable for any alcohol-related penalties.

The bond covers any potential damage or missing items. It’s fully refundable (within 2–5 business days) once all items are returned in good condition.

What if i'm running late?

We know things happen on the day and sometimes you’ll be late. Unfortunately we can only accomodate for up to 15 minutes as there may be times we need to leave for another booking.

  • 15–45 minutes late: $65 fee

  • 45–60+ minutes late: $100 fee

A fee of $150 will be applied if the picnic setup is left unattended due to the quality of the items provided.

Can you do sunrise, sunset or night picnics?

Yes! We absolutely can! Additional fees will apply depending on start time and location.
